The selection of natural honeys and Mauritian sugars is just as demanding for the pleasure of the amateurs. Similarly, honey preparations with fruits, jams, fruits, or spices, candied peppers, pickles or jellies result from the search for more faithful old recipes.

It is always this love of quality and authenticity that is reflected in the different stages of production. No chemical additives, preservatives or dyes are used.

In addition to our own flagship store in Belle Mare, we distribute to tourist-oriented boutique shops, mainly
mid-range and upscale. The current points of sale are: Sofitel, Prince Maurice, Belle Mare Plage, Le Rendezvous,
l’Antiquaire…

Yes, we provide the delivery of goods everywhere across the island.
This service is free for the customer only if the driver is already depleted in the specific area.
If not, an arrangement with the company is negociable

Yes, on orders of 100 produits or more we are able to provide a discount. Please contact
sales@poivredor.com if you would like a quote.

You can reserve or purchase online at flamingo duty free Mauritius ltd and then collect your goods at the
duty free

Unfortunately, we don’t currently deliver overseas.
However, you can send us your order to this email address : sales@poivredor.com ; we will transfer you the
invoice including freight charges.

We do our best to ensure availability of all our products. If, however, we are unable to supply an item, we
will inform you.

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product if your shipment is damaged.
Unfortunately after this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to
honor a warranty claim.

If Poivre d’or determines that there was a defect in the product sold to you, we will replace the product free of
charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.
